• When do dogs have to be licensed?

All dogs must be licensed by February 1 of the current year.  Proof of current rabies vaccination must be provided at the time of licensing.  Dogs must be licensed EACH year.

• How much does it cost to license a dog?

The cost is $10.00 for unspayed females and $6.00 for all other dogs.  During the month of December, dogs may be licensed for the coming year at half price.

• When are the Town Council meetings?

Town Council meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Frannie Community Center.

• When are water bills due?

Water bills are due the last day of the month.

• How do I contact the mayor?

• What are Town Hall hours?

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
Town Hall is closed on Fridays and holidays.
